The Beech Hill site presents an opportunity for a number of value-add strategies (subject to planning permission), which range from the re-development and expansion of the existing office as part of a new mixed-use development, to the addition of an infill residential scheme to complement the existing HQ office building. O’Mahony Pike Architects have devised three feasibility scenarios for the Beech Hill site illustrating the potential for the following options (subject to planning permission);
